This quote means that when you want something you have to know that it takes time and that when you jump into something too quick the chances are that you will fail at what you did because you rushed into it.

              Recreation Therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

A recreational therapist utilizes a wide range of interventions and techniques to improve the physical, emotional, and social and the needs of their clients

Salary:

$71,000

Educational Requirements:

To become a Recreational Therapist, a bachelors degree in therapeutic recreation is the usual a educational requirement.

Reflection:

I don't think i would want to be a Recreation Therapist because it doesn't interest me.

Reflection:                                                                                                 This quote means that sometimes we incline to following or doing what others are doing without realizing that what they are doing is wrong and you know that it’s wrong but you still decide to do it because you want to be a part of the cool kids.

                   Thoracic Surgeon

Duties and Responsibilities:

Thoracic surgeons specialize in surgical procedures related to the chest, thoracic surgeons are some of the remarkably few people who can say they have held someone's heart in their hands. A thoracic surgeon's job is far from easy, but the career may appeal to those who enjoy helping others and love working under pressure.

Educational Requirements

Becoming a thoracic surgeon requires 13 to 16 years of education and training, beginning with a bachelor's degree.

I don't think i would want to become a Thoracic surgeon because it doesn't interest me

Reflection:

I think that the statement is trying to say that sometimes in life we do have to take risks that are not always in our comfort zone but we have to take them because we know that it is the right thing to do because our mind is telling us that it is the right thing to do.

   Radiologic Technologist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Radiologic Technologists use x-ray machines, ultrasound machines, magnetic resonance scanners, positron emission scanners, and other technologically advanced machines to help diagnose and treat illnesses. They also treat injuries under the direction of a physician.  Radiologic Technologist work in hospitals, clinics, medical laboratories, nursing homes, and in private industry.

Salary:

          $24,000 - $36,000

Educational Requirements:

        Students should take the most challenging science, math, and English courses available in high school. Once they past those classes they could become a Radiologic Technologist.

Reflection:

The beginning of this quote says that we need to know that when we feel like we are doing something right that something is right and for us not to try and doubt what our minds is telling us.

Radiation therapist

Duties and Responsibilities:

Radiation therapists treat cancer and other diseases in patients by administering radiation treatment. In addition to helping with treatments, scientists are responsible for maintaining the radiation therapist equipment and helping to maintain patient records. They work in hospitals, public health clinics, cancer treatment centers, and private offices.

Salary:

$90,000- $130,000

Educational Requirements:

Most radiation therapists complete programs that lead to a degree or a bachelor’s degree in radiation therapy. Radiation therapists must be licensed in most of the states.
