Duties and Responsibilities:

The doctors use needles, herbs and other implements to restore the flow of energy and relieve pain and injuries in patients. Many work in physicians' offices along with chiropractors, reflexologists and other naturopathic practitioners. Acupuncture practitioners treat a wide range of physical and psychological conditions and provide support for patients with chronic diseases.

Salary:

 $75,000

Educational Requirements:

Most acupuncturists hold master's degrees. Most programs require 1,500--2,000 hours of acupuncture training and take 3-4 years to complete.

I dont think I would like to be a eastern medicine doctor because it takes a lot of training
